Great tent to own for motorcycle and camping trips Review by Adverider
I have been using this tent for few weeks every year for the last 4 years. Mostly summer travel but it is still very comfortable. Last year, 3 weeks to Alaska and back (from South CA) it was raining every day at some point since we crossed the Canadian border.... Packing the tent wet from all night rain was not a problem. So far all zippers are functioning well and no other quality issues. This tent fit well into motorcycle panniers - the reason I selected it in the first place .
Actually, I don't have any complaint , just positive feedback.
Enjoy it, (Posted on 7/19/17)
Tent Review by Darrellfrompa
I received my Klondike 2 person 4 season tent. I am very pleased with the quility of the tent. I set the tent up on my front porch to see how easy it was to set up and am pleased with the results. I was also happy how compact it was to allow this to fit into my backpack. I would recommend this tent to anyone. (Posted on 11/16/13)
Klondike 2 Person Scouting 4-Season Expedition Tent. Great!!! This tent exceeded all my requirements. Review by AJ
I received this tent July the 10th, 2013. I was very surprised to fine the tent in my mail box. My son and I received the tent to go to Philmont scouting ranch. The second day there it rained so hard that I was looking for the animals to line up 2 by 2. I and my son was completely dry inside and the next day when we woke up we were still dry. We awaken at 530 am Philmont time and had to pack up everything in the rain. The tent fit back in the storage bag with great ease. Later that afternoon the sun was out and we had reached our next camp site for the day and pitched the tent and again I was surprised to find the tent was dry after 20 to 30 minutes in the sun. This makes my 4th tent that I have purchase over the years and this tent by far has more interior gadgets and I have never had a roof vent before and on one of our last day at camp it came in really handy, since we were at about 8 to 9 thousand feet above sea level and it was hot. I opened the rain fly for the inside on both ends and left the no see-um net up to keep the skitters out and rolled the rain flies on the outside of both ends and just waited on the cool breeze to flow thru the tent, not as good as air conditioning, but in the woods just as good. We received hail the 8th day coming down Baldy mountain and was glad to crawl in the toasty tent. When I got back to work I informed all my team mates at how well the tent performed and the weight was not over bearing for the size of the tent... I would recommend this tent for any one that takes backpacking to the extreme. Thank you for help making our Philmont experience one of good memories and not one of wet and miserable.
